Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and administer all contract documents until the contracts’ closeout for design, construction supervision, construction, and other project’s related contracts.

Review the provided guarantees and insurances documents and its relevant amendments.

Prepare and maintain contracts correspondences.

Provide Contracts administration tasks including Variations, Claims, and Risk Management administration.

Periodic preparation and processing of contracts status reports.
Qualification
:
-
B Sc Degree in Engineering.
-
Must have contracts’ work experience and have a minimum of
10 years’ experience
overall working on sizable construction projects.

Proficient in English.
-
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
-
Keen attention to detail.
-
Able to work well under pressure.
-
Possesses a flexible approach to work.
