Contract Administrator

Key Experience & Competencies:

Proven experience reviewing and administering Contracts/Engineering BOQs and specifications , preferably in landscape projects
Strong capability in VO and EOT strategy , including justification, defense, and negotiation
Demonstrated commercial risk awareness , including back-to-back subcontracting and cost recovery
Effective coordination with design, site, and planning teams to close contractual gaps early
Client-facing confidence , representing the company in consultant and client meetings
Ability to prepare formal contractual letters, notices, and correspondence , and coordinate closely with the legal department on claims, disputes, and contractual matters
Previous experience in Design & Build (D&B) projects is strongly preferred

Certifications & Training:

FIDIC Contracts training (Red Book 1999 / 2017) – mandatory
PMP certification – preferred
Training in Claims Management and EOT , including delay analysis techniques (TIA / Windows Analysis) – strong advantage
Commercial & Contract Management certification – preferred
Risk Management certification – optional / added value

Location, Mobility & Availability:

Based in Riyadh , with regular travel across the Kingdom for project and client/consultant coordination
High mobility and flexibility required
Immediate availability is mandatory
