We are currently seeking a Contract Associate to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Contract Associate at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts, negotiating agreements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you will be doing

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.

Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure contract terms meet business objectives and legal standards.

Managing contract lifecycle from initiation through execution and renewal.

Providing guidance on contract interpretation and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

Developing and maintaining contract templates and best practices.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

2+ years of experience in contract management or related field.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze complex contractual issues and propose practical solutions.

Proficiency in contract management software is a plus.
