Contract Attorney

Boutique law firm based out of NH / MA is looking for a contract attorney to help with an expanding business. The work is primarily centered around startups, with many of those being in the technology space. The ideal candidate will be licensed to practice in MA, NH, or NY and have 1 - 2 years of general corporate law experience. Prior experience with venture-backed companies a plus. This is a remote position but will require someone responsive and with excellent attention to detail. The position could lead to longer-term employment based on workflow and firm fit.
