Contract Attorney (Real Estate) - Remote Florida

Position: Florida Licensed Contract Attorney for Easement Cases

Ideal for a solo practitioner with some litigation experience

Location: Remote

Newly licensed Florida attorneys with a solo practice encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

$200 attorney fees plus costs per uncontested easement case

$300 attorney fees plus costs per contested easement case

Compensation is negotiable with experience

Job Description:

A Real Estate company is seeking a Florida licensed contract attorney to handle easement cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for easement actions, ensuring all necessary steps are taken to obtain easement and access to property. Easement experience preferred, but not required. Some litigation experience required (law school clinic litigation experience acceptable).

Requirements:

Active license to practice law in the state of Florida

Experience with some litigation

Law school clinic litigation experience acceptable

Familiarity with remote appearance procedures

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
