Contract Compliance

We’re partnering with a leading chemical organisation seeking a Contract Compliance professional to strengthen financial governance and ensure adherence to corporate contracting standards across complex, high-value projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies and profitability objectives.
• Provide financial and economic analysis to support procurement and contract management teams.
• Advise on credit terms, milestones, and payment structures to minimise financial risk.
• Support development of negotiation strategies and ensure value retention throughout the contract life cycle.
• Monitor contract execution, identify risk exposure, and recommend mitigation measures.
• Liaise between procurement, finance, tax, and risk functions to ensure alignment and control.

Ideal Profile:

• Working in chemical, oil & gas, or industrial sectors .
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
