We are looking for someone based in or near San Francisco with a proven track record of reducing or overturning sentences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in sentencing challenges, appeals, and post-conviction relief.
• Draft motions, briefs, and appellate filings with precision.
• Advocate effectively in court and provide strategic counsel.

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license.
• Background in sentencing and appellate work.
• Excellent advocacy and legal writing skills.
