Ensure efficient management of contracts and tenders, support smooth project execution, and provide practical guidance to business units and stakeholders to enable effective operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Drafts and interprets contract documents to resolve issues, prevent disputes, and ensure smooth project execution

Provide on-site advice to the company's business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters, and contractual implications of intended courses of action.

Ensure that contract documents are properly executed prior to project commencement.

Reviews assigned contracts, keeps the management fully informed of any risk(s) and related implications applicable to each contract that has arisen or might arise, which could affect the business/projects, with a plan for mitigation of such risks. Alternatively, obtain necessary consents to proceed.

Acts as the primary contact between the potential partners, project team, and/or business unit, regulatory and legal, ensuring that all legal and contractual matters are addressed efficiently and promptly.

Complete Lifecycle management of contracts from pre-bidding phase to contract closure phase and maintain an audit trail of all contract negotiations, highlighted and agreed risks, and liabilities.

Efficiently manage and handle tenders, RFPs/RFQs in accordance with the Tendering Process. Manage commercial negotiations and review technical evaluations.
Job Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a similar field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in a telecom or Information Technology environment

Professional qualification in commercial contracts/supply chain management, preferably MCIPS, CPCM, IACCM, LLM or equivalent.
