About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Contract Manager
to lead and oversee all commercial activities related to
FIDIC-based contracts
. You will play a key role in minimizing financial and contractual risks while driving successful project outcomes. This leadership position requires deep expertise in

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all commercial aspects of FIDIC-based contracts.

Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts in compliance with FIDIC standards.

Handle variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes effectively.

Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payments.

Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
-
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing contract administration team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Represent the company in key commercial negotiations and discussions.
Qualifications & Experience

Minimum
7 years’ experience
in contract or commercial management, ideally with FIDIC-based contracts.

Proven expertise in
FIDIC contract principles and procedures
.

Strong background in
financial management
and
budgetary control
.

Excellent
negotiation, communication, and leadership
skills.

Proficiency in
contract management software
and
Microsoft Office Suite
.

High attention to detail and analytical capability.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration

Construction Management
,
Law
, or a related field.
