Job Purpose:

To support contract lifecycle management by drafting, reviewing, administering and tracking contracts ensuring compliance with internal policies, commercial terms and contractual obligations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review and administer contracts, amendments, work orders and related documents in line with approved templates and guidelines.
  • Assist contract negotiations by preparing commercial summaries, redline comparisons and deviation notes.
  • Maintain contract registers, trackers and documentation repositories to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Track key contractual milestones, deliverables, payment terms and obligations to flag risks or deviations proactively.
  • Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance and project teams to resolve contract-related queries and clarifications.
  • Support review of invoices and claims against contractual terms and payment milestones.
  • Assist in managing variations, change orders, extensions and renewals.
  • Support audits and internal reviews by providing contract data, documentation and explanations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal approval matrices, delegation of authority and contract governance processes.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, / PG in Management preferred.
  • 3-5 years for Engineering / 1-3 years for Engineering + MBA experience in contract administration or contract management roles.
  • Strong work ethic, good working knowledge of commercial terms, contract structures and basic risk clauses.
  • Strong documentation, analytical and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
