Randstad , in partnership with our client—a leading donor-advised fund and one of the largest top-tier philanthropic organizations in the United States—is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter . Role Overview

As a Contract Recruiter, you will support the in-house Talent Acquisition team by managing full-cycle recruiting for mid-level positions. You will work closely with the internal team while maintaining independent ownership of your requisitions from intake to offer.

Details & Compensation

• Pay Rate: $48.00 – $50.00 per hour
• Duration: 6-month contract (with potential for extension)
• Location: Malvern, PA
• Work Schedule: Hybrid (In-office: Tuesday – Thursday | Remote: Monday & Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Management: Lead the recruitment process for a portfolio of mid-level roles, including intake sessions, sourcing, screening, and closing.
• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers and the internal TA team to understand staffing needs and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through diverse channels and networking.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a high-touch, professional, and positive experience for every applicant throughout the interview process.
• ATS Management: Maintain precise and timely documentation within the Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (corporate or agency experience welcome).
• Demonstrated ability to manage mid-level requisitions independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Malvern, PA, three days per week.
