Contract Review & Data Integrity Analyst Intern

?Role Summary

At DataBank, our infrastructure is the backbone of our customers' success. The Contract Review & Data Integrity Analyst is responsible for ensuring the "source of truth" for every customer engagement is accurate, searchable, and actionable. You will sit at the intersection of Legal, Finance, and Billing, and sales operations ensuring that the physical and digital services we provide are perfectly mirrored in our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Contract Verification
Partner with Legal to audit MSAs, Service Orders (SOs), and amendments specifically focusing on space (cages/racks), power (kW), and interconnection terms.
Validate Initial Term and Auto-Renewal triggers to ensure DataBanks "Evergreen" or "Fixed-Term" clauses are accurately reflected in reporting systems.
Billing & Revenue Alignment
Partner with the Billing Team to trigger record updates; ensure that when a contract is signed or renewed, the billing system reflects the correct RMR (Recurring Monthly Revenue) and NRC (Non-Recurring Charges).
Audit "Power Ramp" schedules and "CPI (Consumer Price Index)" escalators to ensure annual price increases are captured.
System Integrity & QA
Perform rigorous Quality Assurance on contract metadata DataBank systems.
Conduct historical research to resolve discrepancies between legacy site contracts (from acquisitions) and current billing snapshots.
Managed Services Oversight
Ensure Cloud and Managed Services (Backup, DRaaS, Security) are correctly tiered and that burstable usage terms are identified for the billing team.
