Contract Specialist (Expatriate)

We are looking "Contract Specialist" for a renown Engineering firm.

Position- Contract Specialist

1.Contract Management and Execution: Familiar with FIDIC clauses and JICA clauses. The main responsibilities include contract signing, performance supervision, change handling, and claim management for the MRT project to ensure the smooth progress of the project and the achievement of expected goals;

2.Bidding and Document Review;

3.Payment and Change Management;

4.Investment Control and Risk Analysis;

5.Department Operation and Goal Management;

6.Contract Ledger and Data Management;

7.Other Responsibilities.
