Contract Specialist (Must have FIDIC Framework experience)

We are currently looking to hire a Procurement Contract Specialist (FIDIC Framework experience)

Work Location: Riyadh, KSA

About the role:

The role aims to ensure that all contracting processes—from tendering to close-out. The Contracts Engineer Specialist should be a seasoned professional in contract management, procurement, and negotiation to support the smooth execution of real estate development projects.

Required Work Experience:

• Must have experience in procurement contract.
• Strong knowledge of contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC) and regulatory procedures.
• Real Estate or construction background.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing complex contract terms and resolving contractual issues.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the tendering and contracting processes, including pre-qualification of consultants, contractors, and suppliers when needed.
• Manage contract execution for real estate projects (design, construction, supervision, supply, etc.) from award to close-out.
• Participate in dispute resolution processes in coordination with Legal, Finance, and Insurance departments.
• Coordinate and participate in the internal approval process for contract variations and amendments.
• Ensure the application of Due Diligence procedures during all stages of the contracting process.
• Oversee the proper close-out of contracts, including final payments, documentation, and performance evaluation.
