Contracting Manager - High Rise and Villa Constructions

Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced Contracting Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of our high-rise and luxury villa projects in Dubai. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance with local regulations, mitigating commercial risks, and supporting project teams to achieve budget, quality, and timeline objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, supplier, and consultancy agreements.
• Administer contract terms including variations, claims, extensions of time, and final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, Dubai Municipality regulations, RERA guidelines, and standard forms of contract (FIDIC preferred).
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Monitor subcontractor and supplier performance on quality, delivery, and financial commitments.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, procurement, planning, and finance teams to align contract execution with project goals.
• Maintain accurate contractual documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support dispute resolution processes with legal advisors.
• Enforce contractual HSE and quality requirements across projects.
• Report regularly to senior management on claims, variations, and contractual exposure.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 6–7 years of UAE experience in contract management for large-scale construction projects, including high-rise and luxury villa developments.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard contracts.
• Proven experience handling claims, variations, and contract administration.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, RERA, and other local authority procedures.

Preferred:

• Dubai Municipality approval or professional certification in contract/commercial management.
• Experience with reputable contractors or developers in Dubai.
