Job Summary:
Trane Technologies is hiring a Contracting Project Manager in Portland, Oregon. As a Contracting Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. The Contracting PM leads the project team through all facets of the project and is the established point of contact for stakeholders. You will manage a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller and larger multi-building or complex controls projects. The Contracting PM is knowledgeable on current job market and pricing strategies.

Where is the work:
On-Site (4 Days in Office/ Jobsite, 1 Day Flexible).
From Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. On Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires and what suits you best.

Base Pay Range: $93,400 - $124,600 annually.
Total compensation for this role will include an incentive plan.
