Contracting Services Analyst - Tamheer

Legal Services:

– Support the establishment of frameworks for legal partnerships, including formal collaboration frameworks, communication mechanisms, and individual and organizational commitments; taking into consideration different types of partnerships that can be leveraged to deliver services

– Assist in identifying service providers who are suitable to deliver appropriate legal services (e.g. dispute resolution, standard contracts definition, etc…)

– Coordinate with internal stakeholders in the process of engaging and establishing partnerships with identified service providers, ensuring adequate coverage across all regions of Saudi Arabia

– Support the identification, promotion and offering of different legal services to the KSA contracting sector, utilizing service providers and launching services through SCA online presence; including:

• Dispute resolution, covering arbitration, reconciliation, pacification, etc…

• Standard contracts, which shall define optimal legal terms for any parties involved in any contractual agreement

• Other legal services, as per the defined need

– Monitor and report on the performance of service providers, ensuring they are delivering services as per the required quality standards

E-contracting:

– Support the design, development and operation of the ‘e-contracting’ digital platform, in close collaboration / consultation with all concerned stakeholders (business technology, Industry Development departments, contractors, etc…) and in alignment with the regulatory framework defined for e-contracting by regulatory affairs

– Assist in maintaining the integration and delivery of appropriate services through the platform (e.g. e-procurement, e-bidding, e-permit applications, e-rating, etc…) in close collaboration with other SCA departments.

About you:

The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent and must be qualified for Tamheer program.
