Contracts and Insurance Administrator

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Contracts and Insurance Administrator to support our operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and related documentation
  • Track contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements
  • Process insurance-related documents and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for documentation needs
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of forms and reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in contracts or insurance
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 25 per week
