Al Dahra Agriculture is seeking a  strategic and experienced  Senior Contract Engineer to join our team in Cairo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle from tendering, award, execution to close-out.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms to safeguard company interests.
• Administer contract variations, claims, and extensions of time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations) to support project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential contractual and commercial risks.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate contract records.
• Support continuous process improvement in contract management practices.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in contract management & administration.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, claims, and variations.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in multinational companies or large-scale projects (required).
• ERP knowledge (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
