Minimum 10 years post-qualification/post-graduate experience of which 05 years in contracting field.


Experience:


• Experience with FIDIC and/or NEC or other industry related contracts and contracting methods and arbitration is essential.

• Experience in contract administration, claims and disputes in Construction, Design & Build, EPC and EPCM environments.

• Experience in contract administration of major building, infrastructure and industrial related projects with either an engineering company, employers or contractors

• Experience in and clear understanding of contracts, insurances and applicable laws


Technical Competencies

• Drafting and reviewing correspondences with both Client and Vendors.

• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, coordinating with stakeholders as required and maintaining documentation.

• Supporting cost control and payment processes.

• Mitigating contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle till successful closing.

• Reporting to Head office Contracts Department.

• The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships.
