Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and administer construction contracts, subcontracts, and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and project specifications
  • Manage contract correspondence, notices, and records (including RFIs, variations, and claims)
  • Evaluate and process change orders, variations, and extensions of time (EOT)
  • Support project teams in contractual and commercial matters
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related issues
  • Assist in claims preparation, assessment, and negotiation
  • Monitor contract risks and advise project management on mitigation strategies
  • Maintain accurate contract documentation and logs
  • Support final accounts and contract close-out activities

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in contracts administration within construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
  • Experience with contract management systems (e.g., Aconex)
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems for cost and commercial tracking
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
