Contracts Engineer

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing all contractual and commercial aspects of fit-out and marble projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, handling variations, claims, subcontract agreements, and minimizing contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and administer client and subcontract agreements.
• Prepare and manage variation orders, claims, and EOT submissions.
• Monitor contractual compliance and project obligations.
• Manage contractual correspondence with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Support project teams on contract-related matters.
• Maintain proper contract records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Experience:

• 5 -8 years of experience as a Contracts Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in fit-out and marble projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, claims management, and FIDIC conditions of contract.

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
