The main purpose of this role is for drafting/ reviewing the contracts with all stallholders with the company to highlight all the risks and assure all compliance with the obligation of the parties by managing these contracts.
Responsibilities
:
Contract Management:

Draft the contracts / purchase order with the related terms and conditions.

Follow up with related parties for contract review and signature.

Risk Identification & Mitigation.

Draft all required contractual letters (Notices / suspensions / termination etc).

Keep tracking of contract milestones.

Close the contract with the related parties once the services are delivered.

Change orders assessment and negotiations Contracts follow up for renewals / extensions and renegotiations.

Handle disputes arising from contract execution.

Collaborate with legal team to resolve conflicts through negotiation, arbitration, or litigation.
Vendor Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with Contractors. Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Address vendor issues and concerns promptly and professionally.

Certify the payments and the claims of the contractors.

Settlements and Final account auditing.

Provide advice and guidance on contractual issues to all stakeholders.
Compliance and Reporting:

Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and complete procurement documentation.

Maintain Record for all contracts, amendments, and correspondences.

Prepare reports on procurement activities and spending trends.

Prepare Contract management reports.
Key Internal Stakeholders:
(Marketing department, Operation department, Legal Department, Project management team and development department).
Key External Stakeholders:
(Vendors, Suppliers, Contractors and Clients).
Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor's degree in engineering.

5 years of Experience in Real Estate and Construction industry.

FIDIC certificate is a plus.
-
Saudi national.
-
Strong understanding of real estate procurement processes and best practices.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyze complex data.

Have a knowledge of Contract Administration.

Proficient in procurement software (SAP, e.g.)

Sourcing skills and good connections.
