We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Contracts Engineer to join our Commercial & Contracts team. If you have strong expertise in EPC/EPCC contract administration, claims management, and contract negotiations, we’d like to hear from you.

🕒 Experience: 7–10 Years

💼 Role Overview

The Senior Contracts Engineer will be responsible for managing contractual and commercial activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and supporting effective project execution across EPC and construction environments.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, MOUs, and commercial agreements
• Manage contract administration, compliance tracking, variations, and amendments
• Identify contractual risks and support claims, EOTs, and dispute resolution activities
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, legal, and project teams
• Prepare contract status reports, risk registers, and commercial summaries
• Support continuous improvement of contract management procedures and templates

✅ Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in contract administration within EPC/EPCC or construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial agreements
• Experience in claims management, contract negotiations, and dispute resolution
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations and international contract standards
• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic & English is required
• Middle East project experience is essential; Saudi Arabia experience preferred
