Job Summary

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, legal compliance, and procurement coordination for Holzinn/DBL projects. This role requires strong knowledge of construction contracts, negotiation skills, and ensuring projects stay within agreed terms and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and company policies.
• Negotiate contract terms and manage variations or disputes.
• Monitor contractual obligations to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Liaise with the project management and procurement teams for smooth execution.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, payments, and performance guarantees.
• Support tendering processes and provide contractual risk assessments.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for contract management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC, PPRA rules, and local construction laws.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and contract management software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
