We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Contracts Manager to lead all contractual activities across a fast-growing, technology-driven operation in the GCC. The role sits at the commercial center of the business, managing a diverse portfolio of agreements across technology, operations, and strategic partnerships in a highly dynamic and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

-
Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award through to close-out, including variations, renewals, claims, and dispute resolution.
-
Serve as the primary commercial interface between internal teams — including technology, operations, finance, and procurement — and external parties such as government authorities, technology providers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
-
Advise on and manage contractual risks in technology-intensive and IP-sensitive commercial arrangements, escalating material issues to senior leadership and legal counsel.
-
Support bid, tender, and partnership processes by reviewing commercial terms and drafting contract positions ahead of execution.
-
Maintain contracts register and ensure all obligations, milestones, and expiry dates are tracked and proactively managed.
-
Monitor regulatory and legislative developments across GCC jurisdictions relevant to technology operations and emerging industry frameworks.
-
Provide training and guidance to internal teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and commercial best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification (IACCM/WorldCC or equivalent) is advantageous.
-
Minimum 7 - 10 years of contracts management experience, ideally within technology or operations-intensive business environments.
-
Proven experience managing IP, software licensing, data governance, and fleet or supply agreements.
-
Experience operating within regulated industries and interfacing with government or licensing authorities is highly desirable.
-
Native or near-native Arabic proficiency (written and spoken) is essential; strong professional English is required.
-
Sound knowledge of GCC commercial law and procurement regulations.
-
Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
