Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage main contract and subcontract administration
• Prepare and review contractual correspondence
• Handle variations, claims, and contractual notices
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions
• Support dispute avoidance and resolution
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in main contracts and subcontracts.

Requirements

✔ 10+ years experience in construction contract management

✔ Strong understanding of FIDIC or international construction contracts

✔ Excellent analytical and communication skills

✔ Experience on major construction projects preferred

Location: Saudi Arabia

Salary: 20-25K, depends on the skills and experience

Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼25,000.00 per month
