Contract & Service Provider Management

●    Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with service providers, ensuring clear terms and compliance with legal and organizational standards.

●    Monitor contract execution and ensure adherence to agreed service levels and KPIs.

●    Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies.

●    Conduct periodic reviews and renewals of service contracts to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

●   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or Finance or related field

●   Professional certifications is a plus

●   5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

●   Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management , and vendor evaluation techniques.

●   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
