Control Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Control Automation Engineer to design, program, and commission automation solutions for industrial processes and control systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLC, HMI/SCADA, DCS, and industrial communication protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Control Automation Systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS.
• Develop and review control logic, automation architectures, and panel layouts.
• Program and integrate automation systems for industrial machinery and processes.
• Conduct FAT, SAT, and commissioning of automation projects at client sites.
• Troubleshoot automation hardware/software issues and provide technical support.
• Work with field instrumentation (sensors, transmitters, actuators, VFDs) and ensure proper integration.
• Ensure compliance with industrial standards (ISA, IEC, ISO) and project specifications.
• Prepare project documentation, technical manuals, and training for end-users.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver customized automation solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Control Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in Control Automation / PLC & SCADA systems.
• Proficiency in Siemens, Schneider, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi PLC/HMI platforms.
• Strong knowledge of field devices, industrial instrumentation, and control loops.
• Familiarity with industrial networks (Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and project execution abilities.
