AEDesign (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for Control Systems Engineer who can design and develop embedded-system-based control projects. The role includes firmware development, hardware testing, and full system integration. The engineer must coordinate with all related departments, share feedback regularly, and work comfortably in fast-moving environments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop embedded control projects from concept to final testing.
  • Write and test firmware for microcontrollers (STM32, ARM, ESP, PIC, etc.).
  • Work with microcontrollers, industrial PCs, and other embedded hardware.
  • Design control logic for sensors, actuators, power modules, and communication units.
  • Create system flow diagrams, wiring layouts, and basic circuit designs.
  • Integrate hardware components such as sensors, ADC/DAC units, communication chips, relays, and power boards.
  • Debug and fix issues in firmware, hardware, or system behavior.
  • Test prototypes and verify system performance step-by-step.
  • Coordinate with hardware, software, production, QA, and purchasing departments.
  • Provide clear feedback, progress updates, and risk reports to keep the project on track.
  • Prepare documentation such as test reports, manuals, and firmware notes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics and Control Engineering or similar field.
  • Experience in embedded system development.
  • Experience with start-ups or incubator centers is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 months in the relative field.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of embedded systems and C/C++ programming.
  • Good knowledge of digital and analog electronics.
  • Experience with communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS485, Modbus, TCP/IP.
  • Ability to work with real-time control tasks and embedded hardware.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to read and design basic electronic schematics.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for cross-department work.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about your work and embedded systems.
  • Always eager to learn and improve.
  • Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
