Embedded Firmware/ Project Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Project Engineer who can lead and manage projects related to embedded hardware and firmware development. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams, design and test electronic systems, and ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality. You must be able to understand customer requirements, break them down into tasks, and guide engineers to complete them.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, organize, and manage embedded hardware and firmware development projects.
• Create project schedules, timelines, and task lists.
• Track progress, identify risks, and provide solutions.
• Prepare reports, documentation.

Embedded Hardware Responsibilities

• Design and review schematics and PCB layouts.
• Select components based on project needs, cost, and reliability.
• Perform hardware debugging and validation.

Firmware Responsibilities

• Develop firmware for microcontrollers (ARM, ESP, AVR, nRF, etc.).
• Work with communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, BLE, CAN, GSM, GPS, WiFi, etc.).
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Debug and optimize firmware for better speed, power, and stability.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, wireless modules, and displays.

Cross-Team Coordination

• Work closely with mechanical, software, embedded, and production teams.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, electronics, and microcontrollers.
• Experience with PCB design tools (Altium, KiCad, etc.).
• Experience in C/C++ and embedded firmware development.
• Understanding of RTOS, low-power design, and hardware-software integration.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to lead projects and manage a small team.

Expereince Required: Min 2-3 years
