We're looking for a strategic finance leader to run our global accounting, reporting, treasury, and tax operations. Reporting to the CFO, you'll shape our financial infrastructure, lead international finance teams, and build a world-class control environment from our Burbank headquarters.
Core Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Build and deliver consolidated financial statements and monthly Board packages using data from regional teams worldwide
- Analyze performance metrics, spot variances against budgets and forecasts, and drive solutions when numbers don't align
- Partner with the CFO to manage global fixed costs—especially corporate overhead—by challenging department heads on spending
- Establish accounting policies, procedures, and controls that keep us IFRS-compliant across all markets
Operational Finance
- Guide regional and local finance teams to maintain consistent, timely accounting practices across geographies
- Track cash flow religiously: forecast receipts and disbursements, analyze variances, and manage banking relationships
- Champion automation—leverage our existing systems, AI tools, and RPAs to eliminate manual work and standardize processes globally
- Lead special projects and financial modeling as strategic needs arise
Tax & Compliance
- Design global tax strategies that make sense for our business structure
- Coordinate with external tax advisors on provisions, returns, and compliance across jurisdictions
- Own the relationship with external auditors, tax firms, and valuation specialists through year-end audits
- Work with the CFO to continuously strengthen internal controls and documentation
Team Development
- Mentor direct reports and develop finance talent across the organization
- Set high standards while helping your team meet aggressive deadlines
- Build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience with increasing supervisory responsibility
- Track record leading finance teams that consistently hit deadlines and exceed expectations
- Deep knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP including controls, processes, and procedures
- Strong analytical abilities—you see patterns in numbers others miss
- Excellent communicator who can translate complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences
- Experience managing annual audits with meticulous work paper standards
Highly Preferred
- CPA certification
- International/multi-country finance operations experience
- IFRS expertise (we report under IFRS globally)
- Background driving process automation and system improvements
- Comfort presenting to Board-level audiences
What You'll Bring

- Change-agent mentality—you improve processes everywhere you go
- Big-picture thinking without losing sight of details
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
