Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting practices. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to financial strategy, leveraging their expertise in operation-related financial processes and project management software to drive operational excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will foster collaboration across departments, ensuring accurate cost tracking and financial forecasting to support our growth and success.

Duties

• Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities for two companies.
• Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with managers and sales teams to monitor project costs, budgets, and schedules using inhouse software.
• Manage various aspects of the companies business including, insurance, government reporting.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
