Conversion Pitch Deck Specialist

We are a fast-growing creative and technology-driven organization with a U.S. headquarters and a back office located in DHA Phase 2. Operating under a multi-business service and product model, we deliver diverse solutions across multiple industries and global markets.

Role Summary

Create high-impact, customer-centric pitch decks that convert prospects into paying clients. This role focuses on understanding the customer’s mindset, pain points, objections, and decision criteria, and translating them into clear, persuasive, and outcome-driven presentations that build trust, demonstrate value, and push prospects toward a confident buying decision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build conversion-driven pitch decks for sales meetings, proposals, and demos
  • Translate services into clear client benefits, ROI, and outcomes
  • Address client pain points, objections, and trust gaps within the deck
  • Structure content to guide prospects from problem → solution → decision
  • Create strong value propositions, proof points, and CTAs
  • Customize decks for different customer segments and buying stages

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior
  • Proven experience with sales or client-facing pitch decks
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive, benefit-led content
  • Proficiency in Designing Tool including Canva / PowerPoint / Google Slides
