About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in optimizing websites and digital marketing assets to increase conversions and enhance user experience. You will be responsible for identifying conversion barriers, running experiments, and implementing strategies to boost performance across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Define target conversion metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Analyse user behavior with tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings.
  • Identify conversion barriers and prioritise areas for improvement.
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests for websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to improve UX, responsive design, and mobile optimisation.
  • Optimize content (copy, images, multimedia) for clarity and effectiveness in driving conversions.
  • Enhance lead generation forms using progressive profiling and smart form strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize the entire conversion funnel (awareness → consideration → decision).
  • Monitor and report on key metrics including CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and ROI.
  • Extend CRO strategies to email, PPC, and social media campaigns to ensure cross-channel consistency.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and usability testing to inform CRO strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 2–6 years of proven experience as a CRO Specialist (or similar role) with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics), A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO), and usability testing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of web design, UX best practices, and responsive design.
  • Excellent communication skills (MANDATORY).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
  • Technical skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus.
  • Team player with cross-functional collaboration experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
