Job Duties:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to discover points of friction and opportunities for improvement.
- Formulate data-backed hypotheses and prioritize them for testing based on potential impact (using methodologies like PIE or ICE).
- Design, build, execute, and monitor rigorous A/B and Multivariate Tests on testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, copywriters, and front-end developers to ensure accurate and timely deployment of test variations.
- Analyze test results for statistical significance, communicate clear, actionable findings, and document learnings to guide future strategy across the organization.
- Focus on improving key conversion funnels, including product pages, checkout flow, sign-up forms, and lead generation assets.
- Remain up-to-date with industry best practices, new CRO tools, and digital marketing trends.
- Accountable for the monitoring and reliability of the data flowing to and from systems (monitoring data feeds, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes).
- Monitor website traffic and customer reviews to gauge responses to site updates. Inspect and upload customers' product reviews.
- Team up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website. Schedule and communicate intensive site maintenance, as needed.
- Analyze, Identify root cause, troubleshoot, and resolve production technical issues. Where applicable, interpret trends and data to proactively address problems.
- Retrieves, services, and/or works with Customer Service personnel to identify and resolve customer complaints, product reviews, and information supplied and communicated by or through the websites.
- Monitors E-Commerce performance and looks for ways to apply testing, tuning, and optimization strategies with site design and usability.
- Works in collaboration with internal departments, external vendors, and 3rd party partners to understand and interpret e-commerce data and report on meaningful metrics of health.

Qualifications for the position:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a dedicated Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analyst, or E-commerce Optimization role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Expert-level knowledge of web analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics 4 or Adobe Analytics).
- Demonstrated proficiency in using and managing A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Target).
- Strong ability to interpret complex data, understand statistical significance, and translate quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable design and content recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating technical concepts and test results to non-technical stakeholders.
