About the Project :
We are overseeing a landmark SAR 1.6 billion integrated hospitality and adventure tourism project in Saudi Arabia. This ambitious development includes luxury hotels, resorts, eco lodges, and world class adventure experiences, designed to become a benchmark in sustainable and experiential travel in the region. We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a strong background in managing large scale hospitality and adventure tourism developments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead all operational aspects of the project, from pre opening through full operation, ensuring excellence in delivery, profitability, and guest experience.
- Oversee development, construction, and operational rollout of hotels, resorts, and adventure facilities.
- Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership on strategic planning, operational efficiency, and long term growth.
- Establish and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and KPIs across all business verticals.
- Build and lead cross functional teams including hospitality operations, logistics, guest services, and safety.
- Ensure alignment with sustainability standards and regulatory compliance within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Foster a culture of innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with investors, partners, and government entities, representing the project at the highest level.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 10 years in a COO or equivalent executive role within the hospitality and / or adventure tourism industry.
- Proven experience in delivering and managing large scale mixed use hospitality projects, preferably in the Middle East or similar emerging markets.
- Strong operational background in luxury resorts, experiential travel, eco tourism, or theme / adventure parks.
- Exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high growth, fast paced environment with complex logistics and multicultural teams.
- Experience in greenfield project development is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
