Role Purpose

The Vice President of Finance And Operations will oversee finance and operational functions in Lesha KSA, act as the primary point of contact with HQ Finance, Operations, and Middle Office teams, and ensure accurate financial processing, reporting, and regulatory compliance in line with CMA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, including impact of core banking technology / system changes (e.g. T24 upgrades, parameter changes).
• Incorporate T24-driven metrics into financial KPIs (e.g. cost per transaction, system throughput, operational risk / failure rates).

Financial Reporting & Controls

• Ensure financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) correctly reflect data from core banking system outputs.
• Oversee reconciliations, accruals, voltages, provisioning, etc., including those automated or derived from T24.

Treasury, Cash & Capital Management

• Use T24’s treasury / liquidity modules (or integrate external systems with T24) to monitor cash flow, manage capital and liquidity.
• Oversee all core-banking system (T24) parameters that affect interest accruals, fee charges, product pricing.

Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight

• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, including those embedded in / supported by T24 (e.g. AML, KYC, regulatory reporting).
• Oversee internal controls & audit over the T24 system; ensure configuration and version-upgrades of T24 are compliant and tested.

Core Banking System Management (T24) / Operations

• Oversee daily operations of the bank’s core banking system (Temenos Transact / T24): account management, transaction processing, postings, funds transfers, interest calculation, reconciliations etc.
• Ensure smooth execution and management of the Close of Business (COB) processes in T24.
• Manage system upgrades / patches / version control / localization / module configuration.
• Interface with IT / system integrators to ensure integration of T24 with other systems (payments, risk, reporting, front office, digital channels).
• Drive operational efficiency via parameterization, configuration, process automation, reduction of manual interventions and error rates in T24.

System-Data Integrity & Reporting

• Ensure data quality, completeness, correctness of transactional and master data in T24.
• Lead management of how operational and financial data is extracted from T24 for MIS / regulatory / management reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional qualification: ACCA or CPA required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably within a CMA-regulated entity.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with core banking systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preparing financial and CMA regulatory reports
• Processing transactions.
