· Preparing all the food orders accordingly and following all the special requests if any
· Following all the standards in preparation , portioning , presentation
· Proper food knowledge & speed of service
· Delivering all the items within the time frame and as per the standard presentation
· Ensuring the guest satisfaction by monitoring the quality of the products used
· Maintaining a superior product quality by conducting Line checks every shift with the Chef’s supervision
· Organizing and maintaining a good functionality for all the equipments and utensils
· Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.
· Checking stock levels and informing the Chef /RSM /RGM of any shortage
· Constant communication with the superiors
