Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cook to support our culinary team in daily kitchen operations. You will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure that all food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, Portion Sizes, and quality Standards.
• Assist the head Chef in meal planning and preparation.
• Ensure food presentation, taste, and consistency meet the restaurant standards as set by the company.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
• Monitor ingredient stock levels and notify the Head Chef of shortages.
• Support the kitchen team during peak hours of special events.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Chef or Restaurant Supervisor.
