Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting meals according to our restaurant standards, ensuring quality, taste, and hygiene at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Ensure all dishes are prepared on time and presented neatly.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Minimize food wastage through proper portioning and planning.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies while handling food and kitchen equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Assist in creating new menu items and suggestions for improvement.
