Duties

• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and storage protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and waste disposal.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal delivery and uphold high-quality food industry standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant service is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Demonstrated skills in meal preparation, including chopping, portioning, and cooking using various kitchen tools.
• Familiarity with serving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
