Position Overview

A private executive household is seeking a highly disciplined, detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the spouse of a CEO. This is a live-in position within a structured, high-standard environment where discretion, hygiene, organization, and professionalism are non-negotiable.

The selected candidate will reside in a premium residence and operate as a trusted household professional. Performance expectations are aligned with executive-level standards.

Core Responsibilities1. Household & Cleanliness Management

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness across all living areas

• Execute structured daily cleaning and sanitation protocols

• Organize wardrobes, personal items, and storage systems

• Ensure residence remains presentation-ready at all times

2. Culinary Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh, healthy meals

• Follow dietary and nutrition preferences

• Maintain strict kitchen hygiene standards

3. Personal Assistance

• Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders

• Coordinate errands and personal logistics

• Provide discreet, day-to-day executive support

4. Wellness & Physiotherapy Support

• Assist with stretching and light mobility routines

• Provide basic physiotherapy-style support (non-clinical)

• Support structured wellness practices

5. Travel Support (Mandatory)

• Must be willing and able to travel with the family when required

• Assist with packing, logistics, and coordination during travel

• Maintain hygiene and organizational standards while abroad

• Valid passport required

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Ability to train and coach others in English communication if required

• Prior private or VIP household experience preferred

• Physiotherapy or healthcare background advantageous

• Impeccable personal hygiene and grooming at all times

• Extremely high standards of cleanliness in both personal habits and work execution

• Organized, proactive, disciplined

• Discreet, respectful, and professional

Performance & Incentive Structure

Outstanding performance may result in annual bonus consideration and expanded responsibilities.
