Job Title: Personnel Secretary

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating meetings, and dealing with confidential matters with the utmost discretion.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Handle all emails, calls, and official letters
  • Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and visa for international trips
  • Draft minutes of meetings and follow up on action points
  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests and communications

Qualifications & Skill Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional etiquette and presentation
  • Problem-solving and decision-making support
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to senior management
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible to work for extended hours if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
