Receptionist -Females Preferred - Real Estate Industry

ReceptionistPosition Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling incoming calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Manage visitor log and issue visitor badges as needed

Phone & Communication Handling

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to general inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

Administrative Support

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining records
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and documents
  • Support various departments with clerical tasks as needed

Office Coordination

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Assist with event or meeting setup
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees (if applicable)

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
