Job Responsibilities:
* Provide day to day administrative & operational support

* Preparing & organizing tender submittals

* Handling procurement processes

* Streamlining documentation, tracking project progress, and achieving timely deliverables.

Requirements:

* Min. 2-4 years experience in administrative or similar role

* Preferred experience in Construction/ Contracting/ Fitout etc.

* Good knowledge in Tendering/ Procurement/ ERP systems

* Must have transferable residence permit.
