Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Coordinator to work directly under Director Corporate Affairs . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multi-tasking, and has the ability to coordinate across multiple teams while ensuring timely reporting and execution.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Director Corporate Affairs and act as the central point of coordination for all internal teams.
  • Coordinate daily with Marketing, SEO, Development, and Sales Teams to ensure smooth workflow and task execution.
  • Generate and update advanced Excel reports (pivot tables, dashboards, trackers, data analysis) for management review.
  • Perform proofreading and quality checks on website content, marketing materials, and information shared by the writing team.
  • Monitor CRM entries by the Sales Team , ensuring leads, opportunities, and client details are updated correctly.
  • Consolidate reports from Marketing, SEO, and Sales teams and present concise daily/weekly summaries to the Director.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, business reports, and documentation as required by Corporate Affairs.
  • Maintain strong communication and follow-up across departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects, tasks, and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role with exposure to cross-functional team management.
  • Hands-on expertise in CRM systems (Zoho, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, data management).
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing, SEO, and Digital Operations .
  • Excellent proofreading, communication, and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
