We are looking for Coordinator will support day-to-day operations by coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The role requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis, along with effective communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Operational Support
- Coordinate activities between sales, finance, logistics, warehouse, and management teams.
- Follow up on tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication.
Data Management & Excel Reporting
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts).
- Track sales, inventory, purchase orders, invoices, and payment status in Excel.
- Maintain accurate MIS, dashboards, and trackers for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
Documentation & Process Support
- Maintain records, agreements, quotations, and correspondence.
- Support documentation for audits, compliance, and internal reviews.
- Assist in streamlining processes through structured data and reporting.
Sales & Business Support (if applicable)
- Assist the sales team with order processing, pricing sheets, and customer data.
- Track targets, incentives, and performance metrics.
- Support coordination for promotions, campaigns, and client communications.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination (if applicable)
- Monitor stock movement, GRNs, and dispatch schedules.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
- Flag shortages, delays, or discrepancies proactively.
Communication & Follow-Ups
- Prepare professional emails, MOMs, and internal reports.
- Follow up with teams and vendors to close pending actions.
- Escalate issues when required with proper documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in a coordination or support role
- Prior experience in distribution, FMCG, retail, or e-commerce is an advantage
