Responsibilities:
You will be responsible to:

Perform large-scale data entry and record updates within the EHR system.

Validate, verify, and maintain data accuracy and completeness.

Build, update, and clean records in EHR dictionaries.
-
Conduct data quality reviews and resolve discrepancies.
-
Conduct meetings with stakeholders to manage the data and dictionary build.
-
Provide operational support for EHR-related activities as directed.
-
Documentation and change tracking (critical in EHR implementations).
-
Coordinate with stakeholders to collect and organize data required for MEDITECH dictionary builds.

Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation activities to ensure data quality and integrity.

Participate in MEDITECH dictionary build activities in accordance with established guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Review, verify, and validate dictionary records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Build and maintain clinical, administrative, and other system dictionaries within MEDITECH.

Identify incomplete, duplicate, or inaccurate data and escalate issues to the reporting supervisor as appropriate.

Maintain accurate records of completed work, corrections made, and pending tasks.

Ensure compliance with data confidentiality, privacy, and IT security policies.

Participate in EHR and MEDITECH training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Support progress reporting, data quality reviews, and other project-related activities as assigned.

Escalate data quality issues, risks, and potential project delays to the reporting supervisor in a timely manner.

Participate in meetings with stakeholders and departmental representatives to facilitate progress and resolve issues.

Assist with additional activities related to MEDITECH dictionary build, system implementation, and data management as assigned.

Support dictionary updates, issue resolution, and data maintenance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and major system upgrade phases.
Requirements:
You should have:

a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent

Fast and accurate data entry and typing skills.
-
Ability to review, edit, and manage high-volume datasets efficiently.
-
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
-
Strong ability to identify, investigate, and resolve inconsistencies and errors.
-
Basic knowledge of databases, spreadsheets, and electronic forms.
-
Ability to quickly learn and navigate EHR systems; experience with Meditech is an advantage.

Good understanding of medical terminologies

Effective written and verbal communication skills.
-
Ability to follow detailed procedures, standards, and guidelines.

Strong focus, consistency, and discipline when performing repetitive tasks.

Ability to meet daily and weekly productivity and quality targets.ability to effectively work in teams as well as independently.
