Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily rental operations for heavy equipment, ensuring timely deployment and return of machinery.
- Maintain records of equipment availability, usage, and service schedules.
- Handle rental inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up with clients for confirmation.
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and workshop teams to arrange equipment mobilization and demobilization.
- Ensure that all rental agreements and related documents are properly prepared, signed, and filed.
- Track maintenance and inspection schedules to ensure all equipment is operational and compliant with safety standards.
- Support billing and invoicing activities by providing accurate rental period data and client confirmations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report downtime, damages, or delays to relevant departments.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare periodic reports on equipment utilization, rental revenue, and operational performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Perform any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned based on business requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment rental coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery types (cranes, excavators, loaders, etc.) and their operational requirements.
- Familiarity with logistics, rental agreements, and maintenance documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
